Technical principles of operation

To make the process of percolation takes to prepare an Italian espresso takes two elements: hot water and pressure.

Makèspresso is an Italian espresso machine based on an innovative technical concept.
The pressure required to make the percolation of water is obtained without using pumps or electric boilers but exploiting the pressure of a CO2 cartridge standard for food use.

Makèspresso can be used in two modes:
1) By directly entering hot water (so without the aid of electricity)
2) heating the water with the heating resistor integrated low voltage (12V).

The resistance can be electrically powered in 2 ways:
- From a cigarette lighter socket using the supplied cable (for use on motor vehicles).
- With the power supply / transformer supplied via an electrical outlet with voltage 110-120V / 220-240V (for home use or in the workplace).
